My hair feels silky

I will give them a 0 start. I didn’t like the oil. Oil didn’t feel right and smell awful. Did not like the feeling after applying it on my hair. I requested a refund, but they never accommodate me or got my refund back because they don’t do returns internationally. How good is that?! It is not like they are a small corporation. They would rather loose a customer over this. I’m so disappointed for the quality product and poor customer service. Overall a bad experience.
