Further, LolaVie is not liable for lost or stolen cards, cards used without your consent or any balance you had on such cards. We may close the account or require alternative forms of payment of anyone who redeems or attempts to redeem a fraudulently obtained eGift Card.

Attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. eGift Cards obtained through unauthorized channels will be considered void.
